"From the very beginning, when we first met Mark Grimshaw from Loftscope, we knew we were in good hands. Out of 4 different, he was the only person who told us that we would have no problem fitting in the new staircase to the loft without having to go into our small bedroom. All the other companies could not tell us for definite. Mark had a very good knowledge and understanding of what we needed from what we have described to him, He was exactly what we needed to know. His quote was also very reasonable compared to the other 3 companies. The final cost was very close to what was quoted. The small difference to the final cost was down to us requesting for additional extras. We were introduced to Mark Knight, as soon as we have appointed Loftscope to carry out the work. He was very professional, organised and informative. He would always get out of his way to ensure a smooth operation on the job. Not only was he helpful to us, he was also liaising with our neighbour who we shared a party wall with, who just needed reassuring, as and when required. We were also fortunate to have one of their best teams, project managed by Marcin. They took pride in their work and always cleaned up after each job.
